Description
The low bridge of Ponte de São Domingos crosses the small river Séqua. At this place the river is overgrown with reeds and looks like a small marsh. The banks of the river are covered with trees, shrubs and orchards. There is little traffic on the bridge and it is a pleasant place for bird watching. Among the birds you can encounter are Grangur, Prepeliță, Potârniche cu picioare roșii, Pescăraș albastru, Prigorie, Stufărică pătată, Ghionoaie verde, Coțofană cu aripi albastre, Stufărică, Privighetoare roșcată, Astrild cu cioc roșu, Pupăză, Barză albă and Silvie mediteraneană.
