Observatorio Bio Melides on the shore of the Melides Lagoon. The area is considered as one of the most important ecosystems in Portugal. When the water level is good the birds are close to the view point. Among the birds you can see are Pescăriță râzătoare, Chiră de baltă, Chiră de mare, Chiră mică, Piciorong, Prundăraș de sărătură, Prundăraș gulerat mare, Cormoran mare, Codobatură albă, Flamingo roz and Erete de stuf.
