A characteristic feature of the Park Krajobrazowy Stawki is the presence of numerous streams, ponds and marshes. In these conditions, alder forests, low hornbeam forests and riparian forests developed. The most valuable forest areas are under protection as the ''Wielki Las nature reserve''. In addition to forests, peat bogs and mid-forest also meadows have developed in the park. Among the birds you can see are 6 species of woodpecker (Ciocănitoare pestriță mare, Ciocănitoare pestriță mică, Ciocănitoare de grădini, Ciocănitoare de stejar, Ghionoaie verde and Ciocănitoare neagră) and also birds like Grangur, Fâsă de pădure, Pițigoi de brădet, Pițigoi moțat, Pițigoi sur, Pițigoi de munte and Botgros.
