Description
This small reservoir is more of a floodplain than a lake. Its field character attracts significant numbers of waterfowl. Numerous ducks (up to 600) find a resting place here - Rață mare, Rață mică, Rață pestriță, Rață fluierătoare, Rață lingurar, Rață sulițar. In summer, when the water level drops and reveals muddy banks, the place becomes attractive for: Fluierar de mlaștină, Prundăraș gulerat mare, Fugaci roșcat, Fugaci de țărm, Becațină comună. In the surrounding fields, during migration and in winter, it is easy to observe numerous geese.

Polski: Ten niewielki zbiornik wodny jest raczej rozlewiskiem niż jeziorem. Jego śródpolny charakter przyciąga znaczne ilości ptaków owdno - błotnych. Miejsce odpoczynku znajdują tutaj liczne kaczki (do 600 sztuk) - Rață mare , Rață mică , Rață pestriță , Rață fluierătoare , Rață lingurar , Rață sulițar. Lake Hubert is located between the villages of Jarzębowo and Korzęcin. The site can be reached by car or bike (there is a bike path). You can park your car along the bike path or drive into the bay by the field. Press a P on the map for directions.
