This wetland area with peat and quag-mires is nice during summer for Becațină mică, Fluierar negru and other eastern wetlandbirds. Other birds you can encounter are Codalb, Fluierar de mlaștină, Codobatură galbenă, Ciuf de câmp, Prundăraș gulerat mare, Rață moțată, Erete vânăt and Sfrâncioc mare.
