De Groote Wielen is is easy accessible. There is a Lăstun de mal wall that is busy in use. Many birds live in the reeds and on the shallow pools. There is also plenty to see in the polders around. The last few years in a row, a group of Pițigoi de stuf can been seen. Among the other birds you can see here are Lăcar mic, Egretă mare, Buhai de baltă, Cârstel de baltă, Stufărică, Lăstun de mal, Rândunică, Pescăraș albastru, Ciocîntors, Ghionoaie verde, Cuc, Călifar alb, Rață lingurar, Gușă vânătă, Rață lingurar, Ochiuboului, Barză albă, Potârniche, Silvie cu cap negru, Mărăcinar negru, Pițigoi codat, Vânturel roșu, Corcodel mic and Lăcar de stuf.

Nederlands: De Groote Wielen bij Rosmalen is een waterzuiveringsmoeras in de polder naast een woonwijk. Gemakkelijk bereikbaar en begaanbaar. Er is een oeverzwaluwwand die druk in gebruik is. In het riet en op de ondiepe plassen leven veel vogels. In de polders rondom is ook genoeg te zien. Laatste paar jaar op rij is er een groepje baardmannetjes op bezoek geweest.
