Description
This shallow wetland on the Boogerdweg near the Heerenkeet restaurant on the Flauwers and Wevers Inlagen is an interesting resting place for all kinds of birds and waders at high tide (see a link to the tide table further on this page). A number of species observed during 1.5 hours: Fluierar cu picioare roșii, Sitar de mal nordic, Ciocîntors, Becațină comună, Bătăuș, Ploier argintiu, Scatiu, Sitar de mal and Lișiță.

Access
The Boogerdweg is located 5 km north of the town of Zierikzee. Parking at restaurant De Heerenkeet in the parking lot at the Flauwers harbor. From the dike you have a good overview of the area. The area is also easily accessible by bicycle.

Nederlands: De Boogerdweg ligt 5 km ten noorden van Zierikzee. Parkeren bij restaurant De Heerenkeet op de parkeerplaats bij de Flauwershaven. Vanaf de dijk heb je een goed overzicht over het gebied. Het gebied is ook heel goed met de fiets bereikbaar.
