An old estate with park and associated moats, ponds and streams.
Biljoen is a beautiful old estate where the Duke of Gelre lived. There are many old trees and many water features. Both the Beekhuizer stream and the Rozendaalse stream provide sufficient clear water, with which fountains, cascades, ponds and moats can be filled. This attracts birds such as Codobatură de munte and Pescăraș albastru. Other birds that you can encounter on Biljoen include Țiclean, Cojoaică cu degete scurte, Cioară de semănătură and various species of woodpecker.
