Description
The hike up to Cape Rauðinúpur takes about 30-45 minutes. Different species of Alcă nordică nest on the cliffs of Rauðinúpur and you can also see Fulmar and Pescăruș cu trei degete here. On the rock is a large colony with over 250 breeding pairs of Corb de mare.

Access
The cape is located on one of the northernmost points of Iceland. The bird rock of Cape Rauðinúpur can only be reached on foot after a 2 km hike (one way). Click on the P in the map for directions to the parking lot.
