Description
Nagy-tó means Big Lake. In this large wetland next to the village of Tiszaalpár there is a big heron nesting colony in the willows-jungle around the Big Lake. Plenty of Stârc de noapte, Stârc de cireadă, Egretă mică, Egretă mare, Stârc cenușiu, Stârc roșu, Lopătar and Stârc galben nest in the area. But there are many other interesting birds to see like Pescăruș cu cap negru, Corcodel cu gât roșu, Ferestraș mic, Codalb and Fâsă roșiatică.
