Nature reserve Letter Bruch is of great importance as a breeding and foraging habitat for many meadow birds. About 3-5 pairs of Culic mare breed here. Also a breeding ground for Nagâț and Mărăcinar negru. Among the other birds you can observe in the area are Prepeliță, Potârniche, Barză albă, Erete de stuf, Cucuvea, Sfrâncioc roșiatic, Privighetoare roșcată, Mărăcinar mare and Codobatură galbenă.
