Description
The Leipheimer Moos is a beautiful moorland with wide areas for Erete de stuf as well as the rare Cristel de câmp, Codobatură galbenă, Grelușel pătat and migratory Fâsă de luncă. In the reed areas north of the border ditch Gușă vânătă likes to sing, in the cattle pastures Mărăcinar negru and along the boardwalk circuit (the boardwalk itself is unfortunately closed) Capîntortură, Privighetoare roșcată, Becațină comună, Nagâț, Silvie de câmp, Cuc, Fazan and Ciocănitoare neagră can be heard or seen.
Also worth a visit in autumn/winter when there are Erete vânăt, Sfrâncioc mare, Ciuf de câmp, Gârliță mare and Cocor.
