Description
The Baddeckenstedt Teiche are ponds that are located in the nature reserve Mittleres Innerstetal, about 6 km east of the Derneburg ponds. Numerous waterfowl breed here, including around 15 pairs of Corcodel mic , 1-2 pairs of Corcodel cu gât negru and, for the first time in 2010, a pair of Corcodel cu gât roșu. Occasionally, Corcodel mare also breed. In addition to Rață mare and Lebădă de vară, Rață moțată, Rață cu cap castaniu and Rață pestriță are at home here.
