In Marais Alcalin de Chicheboville-Bellengreville around a hundred species of birds have been recorded. Breeding birds include Pescăraș albastru, Lăcar mic, Presură de stuf, Erete de stuf and Cârstel de baltă. As a migratory stopover, Uligan pescar and Buhai de baltă are noted. In the woodlands Ciocănitoare pestriță mică and Grangur are regularly observed.

Access
Park in the hamlet of Chicheboville (parking lot of the old town hall) and follow the Tethys path which will take you into the marsh. Click on the P in the map for directions to the parking. The walking route indicated on the map is about 4 km.
