Description
Even though the pond is small and often filled with foliage during the hotter months, it's worth a look if you are in the area as it's possible to see some unexpected nice birds in the area. Water fowl like Rață mare and Rață mică have been seen feeding in the water with their young and Sfrâncioc roșiatic likes to hunt dragonflies and other insects in the area. Becațină comună has been seen by the pond in spring time and a bit rarer sighting of a Gușă vânătă have been spotted there during the migration season.
