Vaibla Ringing Station is the only inland bird station in Estonia and is run entirely by volunteers.

Description

Vaibla Ringing Station wants to share knowledge and educate people in biology. Visitors are welcome. Main ringing season in July and August, so this is the best time for a visit. So far 114 different bird species have been ringed in Vaibla Ringing Station. Top 5 of ringed birds are Lăcar mic, Rândunică, Pitulice fluierătoare, Lăcar de stuf and Lăcar de mlaștină. But also special birds like Caprimulg, Huhurez mare, Cristel de câmp, Ciuvică and Codobatură cu cap galben have been ringed.
