Description
Kværs Heath is an old wandering dune which has been stopped with the planting of trees. The area is a mix of trees, open spaces with heath and ponds. There is a chance to spot the increasingly rare Pițigoi de munte. Among the other birds you can encounter are Sfrâncioc roșiatic, Sfrâncioc mare, Ghionoaie verde, Ciocănitoare pestriță mare, Ciocănitoare neagră, Pițigoi moțat, Cojoaică de pădure and Aușel cu cap galben. The area has also been visited by Ciocârlie de pădure, Pupăză and Alunar.
