The town of Baška is located on the island of KRK. It is a very beautiful area. The coastal strip has beaches, hiking trails, rocks, and vegetated areas. Various gulls can be seen in this strip, such as Pescăruș cu picioare galbene. You can often see Vultur sur. Other birds of prey can also be found here, such as Șerpar. If you walk from the beach onto the rocky paths, with a bit of luck you can find Mierlă de piatră. Abundant in the area is Cormoran moțat and actually impossible to miss.
