Description
Most of the time people visit this nature reserve during the summer. But also during the winter and migration period you can see intersting bird species. The area is famous for the Caprimulg which you can see during the summer but in the winter you can see the Sfrâncioc mare. Other birds you can encounter in the area are Rață sunătoare, Uligan pescar, Șoimul rândunelelor, Șoim de iarnă, Barză neagră, Țiclean, Corb, Cocor, Ciocănitoare neagră and Huhurez mic. Rare visitors are Codalb, Fâsă de câmp, Stârc roșu and Piciorong.
