Brambuk the National Park and Cultural Centre is an information centre adjacent to a small nature reserve in the north east of the Grampians.
Brambuk: The National Park and Cultural Centre, in Halls Gap began, with the building of the Brambuk Cultural Centre in 1989 to acknowledge, protect and share the cultures of the Jadawadjali and Djab Wurrung Peoples. From the information centre you can follow a walking trail along Fyans Creek. You will pass a section of grassland where you can encounter Emu. The trail then continues through a small forest area with many different bird species.
Brambuk is 2 km south of Halls Gap and is open 7 days a week (except Christmas Day) from 9am-4pm. You can park at the information centre, which is best reached by car. Press P on the map for directions to the parking. From here you can walk through the area. There is also a short route within the area that is accessible for wheelchairs. However, you will not see the entire area. There are various routes to follow, from long to short distances. The circular trail shown on the map is about 2,5 km.
