In spring and summer at the small lake, Sunnerstaviken, you have a change of finding Mergulhão-de-pescoço-castanho, Mergulhão-de-pescoço-ruivo or in rare cases Mergulhão-pequeno. Go south of the lake and you find yourself in a forested ridge, where you can find your typical forest birds. If you are at the skislope during winter you have a change of finding Tordo-ruivo-comum and in certain years Pintarroxo-de-bico-grosso will feed on Rowan-berries. On the other side of the river a lot of geese usually rest during spring and autumn migration, species like Ganso-grande-de-testa-branca and Ganso-de-bico-curto have been found there.
