Råbydammen is a small shallow pond with some little islands in the middle. The pond is surrounded by a flowery meadow. Rare birds such as Garca-vaqueira and Ganso-de-bico-curto have been spotted here. Birds that can be spotted here on a more regular basis are Pato-branco, Pato-olho-d'ouro, Mergulhão-de-pescoço-ruivo, Borrelho-grande-de-coleira, Borrelho-pequeno-de-coleira, Abibe-comum, Ostraceiro and Perna-vermelha-comum.

Råbydammen is located south of the city of Lund immediately on the edge of the built-up area and therefore easy accessible from Lund. You can get a good view of the pond from the road that runs south of the area. Click on the P in the map for directions to a parking spot.
