Missmyra is a small wetland in an otherwise forest-dominated part of the region. The large reedbeds hosts birds like rouxinol-dos-caniços, Frango-d'água and Tartaranhão-ruivo-dos-pauis. Missmyra is also appreciated by waterfowl like Pato-olho-d'ouro, Mergulhão-de-pescoço-castanho, Pato-trombeteiro and Marrequinha-comum. This attracts birds of prey such as Águia-rabalva and Gavião da Europa.

Missmyra has restricted parking possibilities with only a small parking lot on the grass. Click ob the P in the map for directions. From the parking, you can walk the short distance to the tower.
