Gösslunda Nature Reserve consists of stony grounds, deciduous forest and lime moisture meadows. Águia-real is often seen in this area. Tartaranhão-azulado and Tartaranhão-ruivo-dos-pauis are also regular guests. Other birds that can be observed are Milhafre-real, falcão-peregrino, peneireiro-de-dorso-malhado / peneireiro, Águia-rabalva, Tartaranhão-caçador and Perdiz-cinzenta.
