Mirador that gives great views of the Despeñaperros Gorge. This gorge that is carved out by the Despeñaperros River has steep walls, some more than 500 metres in height. The viewpoint is excellent for birdwatching. Especially for birds of prey. The birds of prey in Despeñaperros include Águia-imperial-ibérica, Grifo-comum, Abutre do Egipto, Águia-cobreira, Águia-calçada, Águia de Bonelli, Milhafre-preto, falcão-peregrino and Águia-real. See the birdlist below for other birds you can spot in the area.
