Montaña Tinamala is located in the northeast of the island of Lanzarote. The land south of Montaña Tinamala is very dry. Exactly the barren habitat that the Abetarda-moura requires. Our holiday apartment was just around the corner in Los Cocoteros. When we explored the area by car we made some great observations. We saw Abetarda-moura very well (see pictures), but also Perdiz-moura and other birds. Really worth a visit.
