This small wetland located a little to the northeast of the village of Madrigalejo is nice to check out. There was a nice observation tower here, unfortunately, the lookout tower has burned down. Among the birds you can see in this place are Cegonha-branca, Garça-branca-grande, Garça-roxa (April and May), rouxinol-dos-caniços, Cartaxo-comum, Bico-de-lacre, Abelharuco-comum, Fuinha-dos-juncos, Tartaranhão-ruivo-dos-pauis, Peneireiro-cinzento, Milhafre-real, picanço-real, Pega-azul and Cuco-rabilongo (January to April). In the winter months the Felosa-real is a regular visitor.
