Rezerwat przyrody Góra Chełmo is a large wooded on the Góra Chełmo hill (323 m above sea level) near the village of Chełmo. A tourist trail (marked in red) leads through the area. The reserve was established in order to preserve, for scientific, didactic and landscape reasons, a hill covered with a mixed forest, built of sandstones. The reserve is a nesting place for many forest birds. Among the birds you can encounter are Pica-pau-preto, Pica-pau-mediano, Felosa-assobiadeira, Papa-figos, Ógea, Estrelinha-de-poupa, Verdilhão-comum and Bico-grossudo.

Coming from Chełmno, it is best to turn right after the mountain into a dirt road. After about four hundred meters there is a path that leads up the gorge.
