Langesundstangen Nature Reserve is located south of Langesund town centre. The area is coastal, and the reserve includes habitats related to saltwater, but also forest. Among the birds you can encounter are Ganso-comum, Ganso-de-bico-curto, Cisne-vulgar, Pato-branco, Eider-edredão, Pato-fusco, Pato-preto, Arau-comum, Águia-rabalva and Ostraceiro.
