The tower overlooks the lakes of Loenderveense Plas and the Waterleidingplas. The area has a large diversity of water and meadow birds. From the quay, among other things, you have a chance of Rouxinol-grande-dos-caniços, terns and Gaivota-pequena. Als other reedbirds as Felosa-dos-juncos, Escrevedeira-dos-caniços and Felosa-unicolor. Garça-roxa is also possible. In the winter months on the Loenderveense Plas you can see many Zarro-negrinha, Piadeira, Zarro-comum, Corvo-marinho-de-faces-brancas en Ganso-comum. The Lambertszkade lookout tower is located west of the city of Hilversum and north of the Loosdrechtse Plassen at the Loenderveense Plas. Click on the P on the map for directions to the parking lot. The area is best explored on foot or by bike.
