To reach the Mandjeswaard bird hide you walk through a meadow and reedbeds to the hut. There you can allready spot birds like Chapim-de-bigode and Pisco-de-peito-azul. From the bird hide you have a wide view on the waters op the Zwartewater. You can see many geese and ducks. And if you are lucky the Águia-rabalva from Vogeleiland (Bird Island) will fly by.

You can park the car at the gate in the bend of Mandjeswaardweg (coordinates: 52.618889, 5.973611). See the P on the map. It's a 500 meter walk to the bird hide.
