Seldensate is an estate that used to have a farm, gatehouse with a pigeon tower, a beer brewery (now a ruin) and a playhouse. The farm doesn't exist anymore.The ruins of the mentioned buildings are laying in a small (9,5 ha) varied shady forest area with narrow footpaths, surrounded by farmlands, creating a variety of bird and other animal species. The following birds have been observed on the estate: Trepadeira-azul, Trepadeira-comum, Papa-figos, Bufo-pequeno, Chapim-rabilongo, Pica-pau-malhado-grande, Lugre, Tordo-ruivo-comum, Tordo-zornal, Zarro-negrinha and Marrequinha-comum. A nest box has been placed in front for the coruja-da-igreja / coruja-das-torres in the pigeon tower.

Nederlands: Seldensate is een landgoed dat vroeger een boerderij, poortgebouw met duiventoren en een bierbrouwerij (nu ruïne) had. De boerderij bestaat niet meer. De ruïnes van de genoemde gebouwen liggen in een klein (9,5 ha) gevarieerd schaduwrijk bosgebied met smalle wandelpaden, omgeven door landerijen, waardoor een verscheidenheid aan vogels en andere diersoorten is te zien. Op het landgoed zijn de volgende vogels waargenomen: Trepadeira-azul, Trepadeira-comum, Papa-figos, Bufo-pequeno, Chapim-rabilongo, Pica-pau-malhado-grande, , Tordo-ruivo-comum, Tordo-zornal, Zarro-negrinha en Marrequinha-comum. Voor de coruja-da-igreja / coruja-das-torres in de duiventoren is een nestkast geplaatst.
