The Bosjes van Poot is part of the "Natuurmonument Westduinpark" and is a great place for casual birding, and that without having to lace up your hiking boots! Many common bird species can be observed all year long and it is a nice spot for city dwellers to welcome (back) migrating passerines.
Here are some of the bird species that can be observed: Periquito-de-colar, Gaio-comum, Tordo-comum, Tordo-ruivo-comum, Chapim-rabilongo, Pica-pau-malhado-grande and Águia-d'asa-redonda.
