The Penisola Magnisi peninsula consists of rocks overgrown with herbal vegetation. It is a very open area with little shade. So it is most interesting to be here early in the morning. You can see nice numbers of birds here, especially in the spring migration period. The vegetation is then still at its best. Later in the year it is mainly warm and dry here. Also an interesting area for plants and butterflies. In the area you can encounter the following bird species: calhandrinha , Cotovia-de-poupa , Calhandra-comum , Alcaravão , Cagarra-do-mediterrânico , Mocho-galego , Fuinha-dos-juncos , Poupa , Toutinegra-carrasqueira , Estorninho-preto , Chasco-ruivo , Picanço-barreteiro , Melro-azul and Gaivota de Audouin.

Italiano: La Penisola Magnisi è costituita da rocce ricoperte da vegetazione erbacea. È una zona molto aperta con poca ombra. Quindi è molto interessante essere qui la mattina presto. Acesso
Access is via the E45, exit Priolo Sud/Floridia. After the exit, turn left onto Strada Priolo Floridia. At the roundabout at the end turn right onto SP114 Via Litoranea Priolese. After approx. 480 m turn left. Follow this road over the railway until the roundabout. Continue straight on Contrada Vecchio Saline here. At the end of this is a parking lot on the left. You then walk a little further through a gate before you reach the peninsula itself.

Italiano: L'accesso avviene tramite la E45, uscita Priolo Sud/Floridia. Dopo l'uscita, svoltare a sinistra in Strada Priolo Floridia. Alla rotonda in fondo girare a destra sulla SP114 Via Litoranea Priolese. Dopo circa 480 m girare a sinistra. Seguire questa strada sopra la ferrovia fino alla rotonda. Proseguire dritto su Contrada Vecchio Saline qui. Alla fine di questo c'è un parcheggio sulla sinistra. Quindi cammini un po' più avanti attraverso un cancello prima di raggiungere la penisola stessa.
