Lago del Corlo is an artificial basin and takes its name from the Corlo, a small village located near the barrage. The reservoir has an elongated shape and the water level is variable. You can make a circular walk around the lake and observe birds like Águia-real, Mergulhão-de-crista, Águia-d'asa-redonda, Garça-real, Garça-branca-grande, Corvo andf Guarda-rios-comum.
