A good place for birds of agricultural areas. We stayed here in early may 2019 and daily the bird species changed, depending on weather and migration. Papa-ratos can easily be found on the beach or along ditches. Some fields were wet and attrackted waders. Other fields were good for different races of alvéola-amarela, Poupa and Picanço-barreteiro. Check the castle for birds of shrublands like Chasco-ruivo.
