Most of the birds in Stadtpark Leonberg are used to people, so you can usually get close enough for photos. In the park you can find, among others, Ganso-comum, Ganso do Egipto, Pato-real, Galeirão-comum, Galinha-d'água, Pica-pau-verde. You can also often see (mostly in the southern part of the park): Milhafre-real, Milhafre-preto and Águia-d'asa-redonda.
