The Rothschildpark is a public park in Frankfurt, located within the central business district known as the Bankenviertel. The park is named for the Rothschild family, a banking family originating in Frankfurt. From 1832 the park was developed in the style of an English landscape garden. It's a nice place for birdwatching in the city. It is only a small park but has nonetheless an amazing variety of birds. Among the birds you can see in the park are Pisco-de-peito-ruivo, Chapim-azul, chapim-real, Tentilhão-comum, Verdilhão-comum, Pintassilgo, melro, Tordo-zornal, Tordo-comum, Estorninho-malhado, Trepadeira-azul, Felosa-comum, Felosa-musical, Chamariz-comum, Lugre, Pombo-torcaz, Trepadeira-comum, Gralha-preta, Gralha-de-nuca-cinzenta, Torcicolo, Pica-pau-verde and Pica-pau-malhado-grande.
