You can walk around the lake of Riebenersee. The terrain is mixed with some scattered trees, open grassland and wet meadows. Good birding and a chance to see birds like Águia-rabalva, Grou-comum, Picanço-grande and Guarda-rios-comum. The hide on the lake of Riebenersee itself is particularly nice as the approach is completely covered. This allows you to get really close to all sorts of waterfowl and reed dwellers.
