Insel Hombroich in Holzheim near Neuss is a museum in the open air with the motto "art parallel to nature". The museum consists of several parts. first and foremost a park-like landscape (Sculpture Park) with scattered exhibition buildings where modern and contemporary art is exhibited. The forests and ponds hold many birds. Among the birds you can see are Pato-ferrugíneo, Marrequinha-comum, Guarda-rios-comum, Tordo-comum, Alvéola-cinzenta, Toutinegra-de-barrette-preto, Felosa-das-figueiras, Pintassilgo, Pica-pau-malhado-grande and Pica-pau-verde.
