Pointe du Hourdel is a cape in the Bay of the Somme, where the coast bends in a south-westerly direction. The lighthouse of Le Hourdel is located on the cape. Among the birds you can see here are Pato-branco, Maçarico-real, Colhereiro, Garajau-comum, Tarambola-cinzenta, Borrelho-grande-de-coleira, Pilrito-comum, Ostraceiro and Perna-vermelha-comum. The cape is also known because of the seals that can be well observed.
