Marais de Bernes sur Oise is a small marsh that is nice for making basic observations of common birds, bird photography and capturing light. Birds you can observe include Garça-real, Corvo-marinho-de-faces-brancas, chapim-real, Chapim-azul, Garça-branca-grande, Chapim-rabilongo, Pombo-torcaz, Gralha-preta, Estorninho-malhado, Pato-real, and Guarda-rios-comum.

Français: Petit marais sauvage dont on peut faire le tour. On fait vite le tour si on vient juste pour marcher. Petit marais sans prétention. Rien d exceptionnel vu en termes de faune (biches 2 fois!) mais pour faire quelques observations simples, basiques et s entraîner à la photo, capter la lumière, cet endroit peut être un bon début ! Vous pourrez y voir Garça-real, Corvo-marinho-de-faces-brancas, chapim-real, Chapim-azul, Garça-branca-grande, Chapim-rabilongo, Pombo-torcaz, Gralha-preta, Estorninho-malhado, Pato-real, Guarda-rios-comum.

Marais de Bernes sur Oise is located directly south of the village of Bernes sur Oise. The wetland is wedged between a busy road and a residential area. The are a few parking spaces. Press P in the map for directions. Best to explore on foot. It's a peat bog, so if it has rained heavily in the preceding days, bring boots as it can be muddy, or the path may be impassable, forcing you to turn back. The area is frequented by dog owners and young people, so it's best to go very early or late in the day. I like to go there and position myself in a hidden spot and patiently wait for the wildlife to return at the end of the day.

Français: A pied. Coincé entre une route très passante et un quartier résidentiel donc peu de places pour stationner. Fréquenté par les propriétaires de chiens ou des jeunes (bruyants) qui souhaitent s isoler donc privilégier d y aller très tôt ou fin de journée Tourbière donc s il a beaucoup plu les jours précédents, prévoir bottes car peu être boueux, voir chemin inaccessible et demi-tour imposé. J aime m y rendre et me positionner en position (et tenue) camouflage et attendre patiemment le retour de la faune en fin de journée. !
