Le Champ des Oiseaux is a 15 km walk through the green heart of the Limousin and the landscapes of Eygurande. The area is rich in birds and especially in spring along the walk you can hear the melodious songs of countless birds. Birds you can observe include Milhafre-real, Milhafre-preto, Pica-pau-preto, Torcicolo, Corvo, Dom-fafe, Guarda-rios-comum, Picanço-grande, Picanço-de-dorso-ruivo, Noitibó da Europa, Melro-d'água, Galinhola, Coruja-do-mato and Bútio-vespeiro.

Departure from the Place de la Mairie in the centre of Eygurande. Best accessed by car. The car park is in front of the town hall. Press P on the map for directions to the parking spot. The walk is about 15 kilometres, or about 4 hours.
