Descrição
Sminge Sø or Lake Sminge. With its marshes and swampy reed vegetation, the lake attracts abundant birdlife, both as a breeding ground and a resting place for Nordic waterfowl. It shelters large flocks of Cisne-bravo and Ganso-comum in the winter. It is one of the few places in the Søhøjlandet with Rouxinol-russo(in the thickets along the river a little south of the lake). Other birds you can expect are Mergulhão-de-crista, Mergulhão-de-pescoço-ruivo, Zarro-comum, Zarro-negrinha, Escrevedeira-dos-caniços and Tartaranhão-ruivo-dos-pauis.
