In the spring and winter, Posedarje Lagoon is a great place for resting and migrating waders and ducks. Can be seriously rewarding, with great numbers of species in the area. Among the birds you can encounter are Marrequinha-comum, Merganso-de-poupa, Piadeira, Pato-branco, Pato-trombeteiro, Arrabio, Mergulhão-de-pescoço-castanho, Mergulhão-de-pescoço-ruivo, Mergulhão-de-pescoço-preto and Mergulhão-pequeno.

Posedarje Lagoon is located directly to the south of the town of Posedarje. You can park right next to the beach, there is a parking lot, it's free as well. Click on the P in the map for directions to the parking.
