In spring you may experience a real concert of song birds: warblers, thrushes, tits, Papa-moscas-preto and Estrelinha-de-poupa, while in winter, there's different species of finches and if you're lucky you may see an Galinhola hiding beneath the bushes or gulls, Cotovia-pequena and Cartaxo-comum on the surrounding fields.
