De Pluim consists of 3 small pools and one large pool. The area is located in the middle of an industrial area that is still under development. To the right is a large pool and to the left are three smaller pools. Among the birds you can see here are Guarda-rios-comum, Borrelho-pequeno-de-coleira, Mergulhão-pequeno, Ostraceiro, Abibe-comum, Perdiz-cinzenta and alvéola-amarela.
