The hill overlooks Wiesing and on the other side towards the river Inn. Because of the grassy landscape (and the proximity to mountains) it is a place that is very frequently visited by birds of prey. During my three visits the Milhafre-real and the Milhafre-preto spotted as well as several Águia-d'asa-redonda and peneireiro-de-dorso-malhado / peneireiro.

It is best to park in Wiesing itself, near the Volksschule. Click on the P in the map to get directions. From there, look for the hill and take the hiking trail to the top. The distance to be covered is approximately 2 km.
