Langholm Moor

Langholm Moor is a beautiful area of heather moorland which has just been bought by the local community, not far from the village of Langholm. It already has breeding błotniak zbożowy, uszatka błotna and drzemlik, but the community have big plans to protect and increase the breeding birds that make this wonderful place their breeding ground, well worth a trip. Among the other birds you can spot in the area are siewka złota, sokół wędrowny, skowronek, świergotek łąkowy, kląskawka, białorzytka, kulik wielki and drozd obrożny.
