Opis
The Långfjället Nature Reserve is one of Sweden’s largest. The highest peak is Storvätteshogna, at 1204 m. It has areas of pure primeval forest without traces of forestry. On the moutain plateau it is lovely walking with plenty of birds on top and in dales. Lots of pardwa górska, świergotek łąkowy, siewka złota and białorzytka. You also find sójka syberyjska (in the coniferous forest) and kwokacz (around small bog areas in the forest). And along the streams and rivers the pluszcz is a common sight. In the lakes and streams you can find ducks like cyraneczka, gągoł and nur czarnoszyi.You can also encounter moose, foxes, martens and brown bears.
